Mrs Enid Lockett

Another Oxford graduate and practising barrister, Enid Rosser (she married in 1944) joined the Partnership in 1933. She was the Partnership’s first Legal Adviser, working closely with the Founder in the preparation of the Second Trust Settlement of 1950, and making a significant contribution to Spedan’s book Fairer Shares.

She retired in 1954 but returned part-time to be President of the Leckford Branch Council from 1958-70. She died in 1980.
